Free tickets can be obtained, at a cost of €1.00 pre-sale, online, at PIT or in the ticket office.

• The pre-sale fee of €1.00 will be charged on site only for tickets that will be used on dates after the day of purchase.

Access to the performance is allowed only on the date and time indicated on the ticket.
It is mandatory to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of the performance.
In the event of a delay compared to the time indicated on the ticket, there will be no refund or relocation to subsequent dates or time slots.
Access is not allowed when the show has started.
Date changes and/or refunds, possible only and exclusively in case of cancellation of the performance due to rain and/or technical problems, must be requested, strictly within and not later than 15 days from the cancelled date, to: viaggioneifori@060608.it

• email responses will be sent Monday Monday through Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm Friday 9.00am-1.30pm excluding holidays;
• presale costs will not be refunded under any circumstances;
  refunds for non-European countries will be possible only for purchases made by credit card;
• refunds for tickets purchased on site, in cash or via POS, will take place via Sepa or PayPal transfer
• under no circumstances will refunds be given on the spot.

 Please note that:

• the visit lasts approximately 50 minutes
• ergonomic headphones sanitized after each use;
• food and beverages are not allowed to be consumed during the performances and smoking prohibited;
• only small pets are allowed in a pet carrier;
• no toilet facilities are provided.
• it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes
• the site cannot be visited independently, no one can leave their group along the visit
• it is forbidden to introduce bulky objects (luggage, scooters, bicycles and other).
