• The pre-sale fee of €1.00 will be charged on site only for tickets that will be used on dates after the day of purchase.

Access to the performance is allowed only on the date and time indicated on the ticket.
It’s recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the performance.
Access is not allowed when the show has started. Management reserves the right to place latecomers in subsequent groups based on availability, but there is no guarantee that they will be allowed into the show.
Date changes and/or refunds, possible only and exclusively in case of cancellation of the performance due to rain and/or technical problems, must be requested, strictly within and not later than 15 days from the cancelled date, to: viaggioneifori@060608.it

• email responses will be sent Monday through Friday excluding holidays;
• presale costs will not be refunded under any circumstances;
  refunds for non-European countries will be possible only for purchases made by credit card;
  under no circumstances will refunds be given on the spot.

 Please note that:

• disposable earphones in sealed envelopes are used for audio listening;
• food and beverages are not allowed to be consumed during the performances;
• only small pets are allowed in a pet carrier;
• no toilet facilities are provided.
